Every package price includes the lights, clips, timer, storage box, installation, and January takedown. The 91 to 100 ft option is an Essential package with the added frontage. Labor-only pricing is for customers who already own their lights and varies with the size and access of the roofline.
Early-bird pricing ends November 7, 2026. Regular pricing starts November 8, 2026. Book by November 7 and your quoted price is locked for the season, even if the install happens later in November.
What the price includes, and what it does not
The packages are designed to be complete. You should not need to buy clips, cords, a timer, or a storage bin after we leave. Here is the scope in plain terms.
- Commercial C9 LEDs. Warm white bulbs on wire cut to the measurements of your roofline, not a boxed set with extra slack.
- Removable clips. No nails, screws, or staples. Clips hold the wire without puncturing the shingle.
- A timer. Set to turn the display on and off without a daily trip outside.
- A storage box. Labeled for your address and sized for the strands and clips we install.
- Installation and January takedown. We hang the lights, then return after the season to remove every clip and pack the set.
- Ownership. After final payment, the lights, timer, and box are yours. There is no rental fee and no obligation to book again.
What is not included
We do not repair roofs, gutters, or electrical systems. We do not use permanent fasteners, apply chemical moss treatments, or work above our safety limits. If an exterior outlet is not working, that is a call for an electrician. If a shingle is lifted, the fascia is soft, or a gutter is pulling away, we will show you the issue and skip that section. Repairs belong with a roofing contractor.
The quote covers decorating, not repair. If we find roof or gutter damage during the pre-install check, we will document it and continue only where the roofline is sound.
What changes the price
Four things move a quote: how much roofline you want lit, how high and steep it is, how easy the property is to work around, and which add-ons you choose.
Frontage
Essential covers a one-story front up to 90 ft. A front from 91 to 100 ft adds $60. Signature goes to 145 ft with up to two peaks. Estate goes to 200 ft. Longer runs use more wire, more clips, and more time on the ladder, which is why the packages step up rather than scaling by a single rate.
Height, pitch, and peaks
A two-story front, a steep gable, or a roof that needs extra ladder work falls into Estate. Peaks and dormers add cut points and clip points. A simple ranch with one straight run is the fastest install. A roofline with three gables and a porch is not.
Access and site conditions
Gates, dogs, parked cars, long gravel drives, and landscaping all affect setup. So does the condition of the roof. Older shingles can be brittle in cold weather, and we will not clip a section that looks unsafe. Send access notes with your address so the quote reflects the real job.
Add-ons
Gutter cleaning is $129 when booked with lights and $199 on its own. It covers accessible runs, a downspout check, and ground cleanup. Moss removal is $99 with lights, with heavier moss quoted after a roof check. Labor-only installation is $249, $349, or $469 depending on the roofline. See the gutter cleaning page for what that visit includes.
Flat pricing versus per-foot quotes
A per-foot quote sounds precise, but the number often changes once peaks, stories, takedown, clips, and storage are added. Our price is flat by package. We measure the front from your address, confirm the package that fits, and put the price in writing before you book.
If you collect other quotes, compare the whole scope. Ask whether the lights are included or rented, whether takedown is included, whether clips and a timer are included, and what happens at 90, 145, or 200 ft. A low per-foot rate can describe a smaller job than it first appears.
How to get an exact quote
Text your address and any access notes to (541) 862-1050. If the map misses your house, we will price it by text. You can also use the address lookup on the home page or go straight to the quote form.
If you approve the quote, you pay half to book and half when the work is done. Card, Venmo, and Cash App are accepted. Cancellation, custom material, and damage report details are in the service terms.

Grants Pass pricing questions
Is the price flat, or does it change after you see the house?
The price is flat for the roofline described in the quote. If the scope changes, for example because you add a section, a peak, or a building, we will give you a new price before any work starts.
Does the $399 Essential price include the lights and the January takedown?
Yes. Essential includes commercial C9 LEDs cut to your roofline, clips, a timer, a storage box, installation, and January takedown. You keep the lights after final payment.
What if my front is 91 to 100 ft?
Essential adds $60 for a front in that range, so the early-bird price is $459 and the regular price is $559. A longer front moves into Signature or Estate.
Is a two-story house always Estate pricing?
A two-story, steep, or long roof up to 200 ft is Estate. We confirm height, pitch, and access before booking, and we will tell you if the roof is outside our safety limit.
Can I use my own lights?
Yes. Labor-only installation is $249, $349, or $469 depending on the roofline. We inspect the strands first and will not hang damaged or indoor-only lights.
Do you clean gutters during the light install?
Yes. Gutter cleaning is $129 with a light package and $199 on its own. It covers accessible runs, a downspout check, and ground cleanup.
